Once a treatment plan is selected by the provider, based on the AI analysis, supplies for the treatment can be ordered with one click. Medical records are generated, and claims are submitted automatically by our Artificial Intelligence once validated by the provider.
A Truly Complete Wound Care Enterprise Solution
WoundPro.Ai is truly a complete Wound Care Enterprise Solution from start to finish. New patients are loaded in to WoundPro.AI by taking a picture of the Facility FaceSheet or even the Computer Screen with demographic information. Optical Character Recognition reads the text (this is old technology). However, Artificial Intelligence then assesses the information to know the difference between the patient's name and the emergency contact, the current date versus the patient's birthdate, and so on. When the provider returns to the same location, WoundPro.AI geolocates the provider and patient - “Good afternoon, Dr. Diamond; we see you are at Sunny Hills Nursing Home. You have 4 patients here (or add a new patient).”
The provider takes a single picture of the wound. The Artificial Intelligence measures the wound, identifies the wound, stages the wound (if PU), assesses wound healing since the last visit, and rates the healing, slough, and eschar using a color Hex scale analysis. Then, multiple treatment recommendations are offered (generally 5 treatment options) with a clear recommendation for the preferred treatment by WoundPro.AI. When less than 25% healing has occurred over 4 weeks, WoundPro.Ai may generate a recommendation for an Amniotic Membrane such as Zenith or Impax (both by Legacy Medical). The complications of ordering Amniotic Membranes is handled by Artificial Intelligence - documenting the need, generating literature references, completing the insurance verification form (with CPT codes), and ordering the correct size of amniotic membrane.
Every Treatment Option Includes a How To Video
Once the provider selects the treatment recommendation, the appropriate supplies are shown with pricing and one-click ordering. Overnight delivery to the patient's address (yes, the AI already knows the address) or the provider's office.
Now that a wound has been identified and a treatment plan selected, our complete enterprise solution moves on to generating the Medical Record and creating the CMS 1500 Claim form complete with ICD and CPT Coding (place of service confirmed by the provider). Because our Artificial Intelligence is generating the medical record (with the provider's one-click approval), additional information such as multiple literature references and Prior Authorization Rules for the relevant Health Plan can be incorporated into the submitted document to ensure correct (AI Bullet-Proofed) Claim Submission.
Lastly, a copy of the Medical Record is sent to the Primary Care Physician and the Home Health agency providing the dressing changes. Providers and patients may communicate with each other through the WoundPro.AI app (HIPAA Compliant). “I am running an hour late for our visit today, see you about 2:30.”
